2007 Soul Calendar
Dear Supporters of the New Soul Calendar,
Greetings on this birth day of Rudolf Steiner! and Thank you! for your ongoing support and great feedback.
I have some bad news and some good news regarding those of you who have been waiting for this year's edition of the new Soul Calendar. The 2007 Soul Calendar died in the last hours of its production (computer virus) a few weeks ago. After a period of grief and uncertainty and wondering what I would do, I began to see how to resurrect the content of the Soul Calendar in a new form.
As many of you know, the Soul Calendar has been my "homing device" for the past several years. In 1997 I was diagnosed with cancer with very little funds for treatment. From 1998 to 2000 I worked intensively with the rhythms in the Soul Calendar and followed the inspirations and intuitions that came to me. In 2000 my doctor said there were no more signs of cancer in my body. That is the healing power of working with Rudolf Steiner's indications regarding the rhythms of time and the spiritual beings who work in and with Time! My doctor then told me that I should be teaching others whatever I was doing because he had never seen such a remarkable improvement in overall vital forces without using any medicinal substances. That is when I decided to produce the Soul Calendar as a service to others, so I could provide a format and platform to teach what had worked so well for me. The last years have been more focused on the product and not so much on the teaching. I am at a threshold to change that.
The Soul Calendar in a New Form
So what am I going to do now that I have no Soul Calendar to use myself??? and what can I offer you?? After several weeks of considering the options I am now excited about the emerging new format! The Soul Calendar has died to its physical form but is being born anew in a paperless edition that can also be printed with each user's discretion on a home printer. After researching and trying every planner on the market, I am finding Franklin Covey's software a great vessel to pour the content of the New Soul Calendar into. I imported all the content of the New Soul Calendar into Franklin Covey's software, Plan Plus for Windows. I even bought a laptop Windows computer to replace my Mac that had the virus.
Working with the software computer version requires more spiritual presence to resurrect the content of the Calendar, but can also be more rewarding. I now use it as a reference to watch the soul and spiritual signposts in the cycles of Time. It is working excellently for me. I feel much more organized. I can access my thoughts from the Holy Nights with a click of a button; I can also review my vision and life goals as they relate to this year, this week, and this day with the click of another. The option also exists to synchronize the software with a palm pilot which is much lighter than my very hefty paper version of the Soul Calendar! We keep talking about a paperless society, but millions of trees are still cut each year for the paper industry.
I have decided to let the paper edition of the Soul Calendar rest in peace for the time being. I am sorry for those of you who have waited so patiently for the refill pages. Below you will find some options and suggestions.

Soulebration Blog
When I feel inspired, I will share the aspects of the Calendar I am currently working with on this blog post. My life will continue to run with the rhythms of the Soul Calendar and will for as long as I live. It connects me with the thresholds of birth, death, and the festival cycles of time. Recently I have taken up a more vigorous working with the birth and death days. On Feb. 6th, Walter Johannes Stein's birthday, my husband Hank and I lit a candle, had a conversation about his life and work, and we were blessed with so much inspiration. It was as if both he and Rudolf Steiner marched into the room and we entered the Sun Temple with them for a short time. Today is Rudolf Steiner's birthday.Though he stated in his biography that his birthday was Feb. 27, it has been revealed from reliable sources that the 25th was his actual birthday and the 27th his baptism.
Rudolf Steiner's Birthday
I invite you to join me in an attempt to deepen the soul/spiritual connection with the great teacher Rudolf Steiner. Below I share an exercise which I have been practicing that is very powerful for me. I invite you to join me if you are inspired.
The New Soul Calendar was inspired by Rudolf Steiner's original Calendar of 1912/13. Essentially all of Rudolf Steiner's life and work can be found in the Calendar which he encouraged all members of the anthroposophical movement to use. During the next month which frames his birth and death, (or anytime you feel inspired) I invite you to join me in lighting a daily candle in remembrance of Rudolf Steiner's life, death and the continual resurrection of the ideas and ideals that he forwarded. I'm imagining everyone on this list knows who Rudolf Steiner is, if not there is an overview of his life and work at the link at the bottom of this blog.
A Soulebration for and with Rudolf Steiner, Feb. 25th 1861 to March 30, 1925
As a practice until his death day, March 30th, consider inviting Rudolf Steiner into your soul in a more attentive way. You can do this by thinking of him with love, gratitude and remembrance of his deeds. If you can imagine his sprightly walk and energetic movements, his kind eyes, or other gestures this can be a help in connecting with him. You can then imaginatively show him your life's work, your breakthroughs, and your challenges - as if you were acting them out for him. Show him how his work has been a contribution to yours - if that is true for you. Ask him for insight - to questions whose answers can make a difference in the world. Then create a silent space to listen in your soul to what can arise as insight. Steiner encouraged spiritual intimacy with questions before going to bed and an ear to spirit upon awakening. Ask for new direction for your own spiritual practice.
I have practiced the above suggestion since the Holy Nights this past year. I open my inner work with the Michael Meditation that was in the Soul Calendar as a Daily Marker. The outcome has been dramatically healing and helpful in my life. Steiner said that if a person read only one line of his How to Know Higher Worlds that he would be committed to helping that person through the rest of his or her incarnations. I'm imagining he is quite busy since it is one of his best selling books! Remember, reverence and respect open the doors to the spiritual world. Also discretion between the essential and the inessential in the communications.
Ita Wegman
Steiner's life was closely interwoven with Ita Wegman's. Her death day is approaching on March 4th. The impulses and insights that live in these two great historical figures can live on in us with an awareness of their presence. They can use our help and can be of help to us.
I send you all my gratitude for your warmth and support these past years;
I Look forward to a new mutually beneficial relationship,
I believe we can potentize the work of the contents of the Calendar between us through our inner efforts. I will stay in touch!

do you have any of your old calenders? I really enjoyed using the one I bought from you in 2006, and now that i moved I can't find it and was wondering if you had any of your past chalander pages I could buy? thanks marie
Hi Marie,
Thanks for asking. I don't have any of the old calendars but I am working on a new version that will be downloadable and available later this year. It will be formatted a little differently and meant more as a desk journal as it will be 8.5 x11.
We will also be printing the Calendar of the Soul separately with the illustrations.
I will include you in my email list and will send you an e-note when they are available and you can take a look to see if either would be of interest to you.
Thanks again,
Rose Lieta
P.S. Marie, I realize I can not add you to my list unless you contact me directly with your email. You can email me at rosepassafero@gmail.com.
Hi Rose. I just visited Soulebrations for the first time. I will be reading more later but wanted to connect and say hello this morning. I am reading and rereading Staying Connected. In the course of researching both sides of my family history, initiated by old photographs, I have received the assistance of my ancestors and felt their presence. I have also received messages from them as well as intuitions and inspirations. I am in the process of writing about this experience and have started a blog at rudolfsteinerstayingconnected.blogspot.com.
